This month's topic for Everyone's tomorrow - today! was ageism. For this topic, we approached B & Q - because of their reputation for employing older people; they said they were too busy to talk to us. We approached the headquarters of Age UK in London;

from the whole of their staff they couldn't find anybody who could find the time to come on the show.

But the Co-op were very helpful and Ray Henderson from their regional board came along to talk to us. The rest of the show was put together from our own resources.

Maureen reads a little ditty called 'Damned old age' and then introduces the programme's topic: ageism.
