How do I become a member of the Elders Council?
To join the Elders Council contact Anne Richardson on (0191) 208 2701.
MEMBERSHIP OF THE ELDERS COUNCIL IS FREE if you are aged 50+ and live in Newcastle!
You will receive the Elders Council newsletters, normally issued every two months.
You will be invited to all general meetings for members, of which there are at least two every year.
You have the opportunity to join a working group or start a new one.
You will receive invitations to consultation meetings organised by local, regional and national agencies, for example Newcastle Library Service or the Regional Housing Board.
