Come and join our friendly group of older people as we celebrate the season with some singing, stories, festive refreshments and perhaps a quiz!

Wellbeing for Life meetings normally take place on the first Wednesday of each month, in Jesmond Library.

Each month's meeting has a different theme, all within the overall context of the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

All are welcome to join us, but the meetings are primarily for older people.

Refreshments are provided and the Community Minibus may be available if transport is an issue for you.

Attendance is free, but donations help cover the cost of refreshments.
