Representation and Consultation
We are involved in a wide range of citywide, regional and national groups at which we share older people’s perspectives and experiences.
We regularly attend Public and Patient Participation Groups linked to the NHS and are members of the national Housing Champions group and our citywide Age Friendly Newcastle group.
We are always looking for people who are interested in sharing this work, which involves learning about the issues; helping to gather views from other older people and reporting on the meetings attended. Call us if you would like to find out more.

We respond to consultations on key local, regional and national developments and invite older people to come together to contribute their views to our responses.
