Jesmond Library, St George's Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 2DL, UK

About the event

Victoria Morley (current CEO of the Elders Council) and Barbara Douglas (who is involved in the work of the Elders Council Impact Group, looking at options for living in later life) will lead a discussion of the choices facing many older people whose homes may no longer be as suitable to them as they used to be. Audience participation will be encouraged so members and guests can share their experience.

Wellbeing for Life meetings normally take place on the first Wednesday of each month, in Jesmond Library. Each month's meeting has a different theme, all within the overall context of the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

All are welcome to join us, but the meetings are primarily for older people.

Refreshments are provided and the Community Minibus may be available if transport is an issue for you. Attendance is free, but donations help cover the cost of refreshments. Please email events@jesmondlibrary.org…
