About the event
For this meeting we will be delighted once again to welcome Laura Reavley, who will be leading us in singing some traditional Tyneside Songs. And, whilst we get our breath back, we will be hearing some of the fascinating stories behind the songs.
Wellbeing for Life meetings normally take place on the first Wednesday of each month, in Jesmond Library. Each month's meeting has a different theme, all within the overall context of the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
All are welcome to join us, but the meetings are primarily for older people.
Refreshments are provided and the Community Minibus may be available if transport is an issue for you. Attendance is free, but donations help cover the cost of refreshments. Please email events@jesmondlibrary.org if you have any queries including possible help with transport.
Why not come along; you will be warmly welcomed!
